Godhood Chronicles V0.0.16 Update!

New updates for build V0.0.16:

- We finally have a pleasure dungeon! Talk to your devout and choose to expand your temple with the dungeon for a set amount of coins. For this version, you will be able to select a devout of your choice for training as a dominant and as a submissive. This took a few weeks to actually implement and test, as there are at least five variations for one scene, which means it took a very long while for me to add in everything. The dungeon should also have an option to use a stand-in male or female courtesan to conduct the training on your behalf! You will have a set number of points that refresh daily that you can use to train the devout - once it runs out, you won't be able to train anyone until the next day! There's also an option to buy more points if you want the daily count to increase!

- Futa top in sex scenes have now been implemented! You can top as a futa and also have the option to bottom for male partners. An option menu will pop up after foreplay to ask you what your preference will be.

- Jereck's affection stats should now be working! I used the wrong variable for his stat instead of anything wrong with the variable itself, so there should be no issues from this point on!

- If you have already purchased the Armory option for the temple, then you should now be able to go back to the temple instead of endlessly looping!

- The option to bottom during male x male sex scenes should now be working! Again, an option menu will pop up to ask for your preference!

- The Oddtree bug that persists when you undertake Quest 014 should no longer be in the scene! That means you can still take fruit from the Oddtree without needing to finish the quest!

I also have a problem with the Statues quest... It says that it has a pending reward but I don't encounter the devout in the great hall. The pleasure dungeon doesn't work either since it doesn't let me choose anyone

just want to check - how many statues have you found so far?

For the pleasure dungeon there are two modes - play and training. You need to train devouts before you can open the play mode (I'll add some instructions on the page itself). For the training, you need to have bought the necessary books in order to train them. They can be found in some book shops in the cities.

as far as i can remember 5: green tree, harbor, council house, wharf, and some body of water, I think... I did that back in v.13

as for the dungeon, I bought the books again... it allowed me to train but it doesn't do anything

also, cheers for the great work and happy holidays!

you need the devouts at 100 in training to play with them whenever you'd like at the play mode! Happy holidays to you as well! :)

im a little bit confused as to what to do next.

#main quests(1)
- The Statues

says to locate four statues in places inside and around larklast to destroy,
I have located and destroyed 5 statues so far and the quest has not completed, well technically i destroyed 4 statues but for whatever reason 1 of them ended up showing up 2 times.

and if i travel to madrana i pretty much can't do anything outside of talking to the person in the barracks, if i go to the golden crown inn it says the queen insists that i go to the palace without any delay but then when i go to the palace it says i must wait until the queen officially summons me.

i get that this is in-development and based on the version being not a whole version yet i'd say very early development.

if what i suspect is true then might i suggest including some kind of notice explaining that this is the furthest one can go or at least don't allow the player to acquire quest they cannot complete.

anyways ... pretty neat concept.

may I know which statue did you encounter twice? There are 5 statues in total - I'm gonna go check again and see where it was mentioned that it was 4 instead of 5

the statue at larklast lake appears 2 times.

i went there by the world map and destroyed the statue but then i travelled there from my place and it was still there and i had to destroy it again.

ok apparently i was running an outdated version of the game?
i updated it and restarted from the beginning again.

found a statues i previewsly didn't and this time around it seemed to work properly.
might be an issue with the travel thingy from the hearth and having the same statue show up 2 times might have messed with the other statue showing up but that just be my guess based on what i've seen (which isn't very much).

Thank you for letting me know! With an outdated version, there might have been a delay when it comes to quests that had't been finished yet in between versions, but glad to hear it's working now!
